SMS Opt-In and Messaging Program

Amped Technologies, Corp (“Amped”) provides fitness coaches with a dedicated phone number they use to text their own clients and the people who reach out to them. This page explains how someone joins those conversations, what they receive, and how to stop.

You always text first

Every conversation begins with a message yousend. A coach’s number never messages a phone number that has not messaged it first. Amped does not buy, rent, import, or obtain phone numbers from third-party lists, and coaches cannot upload contacts to message.

How people get the number

There are two ways, and both end the same way — with you choosing to send a text.

1. The coach publishes it publicly

A coach may display their number on their Instagram or TikTok profile, a link-in-bio page, or their own website, next to an invitation such as:

“Text me at (762) 500-0341 with any questions about coaching. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

If you want to hear from that coach, you text the number yourself. Nothing is sent to you before you do.

2. The coach gives it to you directly

If you are already working with a coach, they may give you the number in person or in a conversation you are already having, so you can reach them by text. Again, you send the first message.

What you receive

Replies from your coach: answers to your questions, coaching check-ins, scheduling and booking links. Messages may be drafted with AI assistance in your coach’s voice. Every conversation is between you and that one coach.

The first reply you receive identifies your coach and tells you how to stop, for example:

“Hey — it’s Coach Mike. Happy to answer anything about training or coaching. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELPfor help.”

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies — these are real conversations, so how often you hear from your coach depends on the conversation you are having. Amped does not charge you for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages from that number. Reply START if you later want to resume.
